Matcha in a milk base with a white chocolate, cookie and strawberry crumble.
Matcha, the powdered green tea known from Japan, gives the ice cream a grassy, slightly bitter note that milk and cream soften. Add a sweet crumble of white chocolate, butter cookies and freeze-dried strawberry. Green and pink, and very inviting.
