Orange Bitter Spritz
Orange, bitter aperitivo and prosecco in a zesty pre-dinner sorbet.
Juicy orange, a slightly bitter aperitivo and prosecco make a sorbet with a bittersweet flavor and a sunny color. The spritz is an Italian drink you sip slowly before dinner. A spoonful of this sorbet is a little trip to Italy without packing a suitcase.

Origin
Veneto, Italy
Story
The spritz comes from the Veneto. In the 19th century, when the region was under Austrian rule, wine was topped up with sparkling water, and the name comes from the German spritzen, to splash. Later a bitter aperitivo joined in and the spritz became Italy’s pre-dinner drink, here as a sorbet for adults.
