Fior di Latte
The pure, fresh flavor of milk and cream, straight from Italian tradition.
Fior di latte means “flower of milk” in Italian. It’s one of the simplest gelatos: milk and cream without vanilla, so the clean, fresh dairy flavor takes center stage. Italian gelato makers build many other flavors on it, and you can enjoy it solo.
gellatti matches the recipe to the gram to your machine and serving temperature, using ingredients available where you live.

Story
Fior di latte is one of the basic bases of Italian gelato: milk, cream and sugar, with no eggs and no vanilla. In Italy the same name is also used for a cow's milk cheese similar to mozzarella. In the gelateria, nothing covers up the taste of the dairy.
