Hojicha
Roasted Japanese tea with a warm, slightly nutty, caramel-like flavor.
Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that gets roasted, so instead of a grassy note it has a warm, toasty character. In creamy ice cream, it tastes gently nutty, with a light hint of caramel. Matcha’s calmer cousin, just right for a lazy afternoon.
