Mai Tai
Mai Tai as a sorbet: rum, lime, orange and a note of almond.
Rum, lime and orange juice, orange liqueur and a note of almond add up to a tropical, sweet-tart flavor. The Mai Tai is one of the classic tiki cocktails, associated with palm trees and bamboo bars. Paper umbrella optional.

Story
The Mai Tai is most often credited to Victor Bergeron of Trader Vic’s in Oakland, California, in 1944, though Don the Beachcomber also claimed it. It is a tiki classic, and mai tai means good in Tahitian. Rum, lime and a hint of almond make a sorbet for adults.
